The firm is directed by Mr. Saiful Bhuiyan, a real estate professional with over 12 years of direct industry experience and MSc in Real Estate from Technological University Dublin (TU Dublin). Mr. Bhuiyan is an associate member of SCSI and RICS and a registered valuer under the Valuer Registration Scheme (VRS).

As an MSc-qualified professional, SCSI & RICS associate, and registered valuer (VRS), I combine practical knowledge with academic expertise to deliver reliable, market-informed, transparent and tailored property solutions.
